Extended Delivery Regions: We also ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Additional fees apply. For Canada, costs are calculated at checkout. For other regions, email us at info@recovathlete.com for a custom shipping quote.

Delivery Timelines:

Standard Items: In-stock orders typically ship within 5 business days.

Large Items: Items requiring pallet shipping may take up to 14 business days.

Tracking Information: Tracking details will be provided within 24 hours of shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please contact us at info@recovathlete.com.

We work with industry leaders like FedEx, UPS, and Freight Club, strategically selecting the fastest and most efficient routes based on stock availability and location.
Shipping Conditions
- Larger items (e.g., sauna heaters) may require express shipping at an additional fee.
- Delays caused by supply chain disruptions or freight carriers are beyond our control.
Damaged Shipments
Inspect all deliveries upon arrival. If you notice damage:
- Document it when signing for the package.
- Send photos of the damage to info@recovathlete.com so we can process an insurance claim promptly.
Return Policy
General Returns

Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Window: Most items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or gift certificate (less shipping and handling fees).

Return Conditions:
- Items must be in new condition, in the original packaging, with all manufacturer documentation.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Installed equipment
- Buckets, ladles, backrests, and headrests
- Aromatherapy oils, towels
- Room kits (modular and pre-cut), steam cabinets, and doors
- Custom-made products
Return Authorization
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Note: Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds will only be issued if the items are in resalable condition.
Defective Items
Products with manufacturing defects are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Contact info@recovathlete.com to report any defects.
Order Cancellations
- Pre-made orders can be canceled before shipment without fees.
- Custom or made-to-order products can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.
