You'll need to handle moving it into your residence or business, considering the chairs are heavy and may require assistance.

For added convenience, you can opt for Threshold Delivery, where the chair will be brought to the nearest ground-level entrance of your home, business, or apartment building, at an additional cost.

Alternatively, White Glove Delivery offers a premium service. Two agents will hand-deliver the massage chair to your chosen destination, assembling it for you. This service extends the standard delivery lead-time by 2-4 weeks. Select this option if desired, though it comes with an extra charge.

Please note that any additional cost exceeding the expected amount for White Glove Delivery will be applied to the customer.

It's important to understand that White Glove Services are non-refundable and do not cover any return service. Once the delivery is completed and signed off, the agents won't return for further services. Thus, thoroughly inspect and test the product before confirming completion.

Ensure to provide a valid street address for shipping, as P.O. boxes are not supported. Rush and international shipments, including to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, incur additional charges.
