At Maya Bath, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, durable products designed to last. Our warranty coverage includes:

Standard Warranty

  • 10-Year Structural Warranty
    Covers manufacturer defects such as peeling, fading, delaminating, or cracking. Applies to the following components:

    • Acrylic panels
    • Shower pan
    • Ceiling
  • 3-Year Parts Warranty
    Covers all steam shower parts against defects.

We maintain a full inventory of replacement parts at our US-based warehouse and arrange spare parts delivery as needed.

Whatā€™s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
  • Damage caused by natural disasters or external factors (e.g., water, fire, extreme weather)
  • Labor and shipping costs for installation or repair

Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, contact our customer service team at support@mayabath.com and provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the defect (if applicable)

Once your claim is reviewed, we will coordinate the necessary replacement.

Lifetime Warranty Upgrade

For $499, you can upgrade to a Lifetime Warranty for extended protection and peace of mind. This warranty:

  • Offers lifetime coverage for your Maya Bath product
  • Is transferable to future owners, adding value to your investment
