Shipping within the Continental US:

• Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery within the continental US generally takes 7-14 business days. Depending on your location, shipments may arrive 1-3 days earlier than estimated, though this cannot be guaranteed.
• Please note that Cold Life LLC is not liable for shipments that arrive earlier or later than expected.

DELIVERY DETAILS

Scheduling Delivery:

• After your order has shipped, a representative from the freight company will contact you to schedule a delivery time that suits you. It is important that an adult is present during the scheduled delivery window.
• Deliveries will be made to the first accessible ground floor, and it is your responsibility to un-package and set up the order in your desired location.

White Glove Delivery Service:

• For those desiring a more comprehensive delivery solution, white glove delivery is available upon request. This service includes in-home delivery up to three floors and un-packaging of your item.
