Sauna Warranty
This product has a 7-Year Structural Warranty against material and artistry defects. The manufacturer covers the entire sauna structure, including heating elements, but only covers the radio for 1 year. You need to provide a receipt for any warranty claim, and you may need to arrange and pay for return shipping. The warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or damage from natural causes.
Note: Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or artistry, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood. Do not use lacquers, paints, or abrasive cleaners on the sauna or place it on unapproved surfaces.
Assembly and Installation
The SunRay Grandby 3-Person Outdoor Infrared Sauna is easy to assemble, and the natural Canadian hemlock wood will enhance any outdoor patio setting. Most sauna models take about an hour to assemble, and two people are required. The sauna is not pre-assembled and arrives in panels that are secured together with screws and metal latches. Please refer to the instructions for more information on the unit assembly.
Packaging
SunRay Saunas contain pre-packaged wooden panels in cardboard boxes and then placed on a wooden pallet to ensure the sauna arrives without damage. You can remove the cardboard boxes from the pallet, and they will fit through any door size 24” or greater.
