By placing an order with RecovAthlete, operated by New Age Digital LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Order Cancellations
1.1 Cancellation within 7 Days: If you cancel your order within seven (7) days of placing it, you will receive a full refund with no fees.
1.2 Cancellation after 7 Days: Orders canceled after the seven-day period will incur a 3.5% charge of the total order amount.
2. General Shipping & Delivery Terms
2.1 Shipping Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once a product is shipped, changes to the delivery address may not be possible. If a reroute or reshipment is required, any additional fees will be charged to you.
2.2 Shipping Charges: We reserve the right to modify shipping and handling charges at any time. You will always have the opportunity to review and approve charges before finalizing your order.
2.3 Shipment Method & Carrier Selection: RecovAthlete will determine the method of shipment, number of shipments, and carrier for your order. Title and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon delivery to your designated address.
2.4 Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and may vary due to unforeseen events such as weather conditions or carrier delays. RecovAthlete is not liable for losses or damages arising from delivery delays.
2.5 Tracking Information: Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided. If you are unable to receive the delivery on the scheduled date, you must arrange for someone to accept it on your behalf. Any redelivery, storage, or related fees will be charged to you.
2.6 Delivery Acceptance: Any individual at the provided delivery address who accepts the delivery on your behalf is presumed to be authorized to do so. If you designate another receiver, that individual is subject to the same terms as if you accepted the delivery personally.
3. Delivery Method
3.1 Curbside Delivery: Our default shipping method is curbside delivery, where the product will be dropped off at the curb or another convenient location determined by the carrier.
3.2 Alternative Delivery Methods: If curbside delivery is not feasible due to the location or product size, RecovAthlete may arrange for alternative delivery methods. These include:
- Use of a smaller delivery truck.
- Delivery to a nearby freight depot or terminal for customer pickup.
Any additional costs incurred for alternative delivery methods will be charged to you. Refusal to accept an alternative delivery method will be considered a cancellation under Section 1.
4. Obligations at the Time of Delivery
4.1 Inspection: Upon delivery, inspect all items for damage or missing parts. Mark any issues on the delivery bill of lading and notify the carrier immediately.
4.2 Missing Items: If items are missing, mark them on the delivery bill and contact the carrier to locate them. If unresolved, notify RecovAthlete Customer Support at [Insert Support Email].
4.3 Damaged Products: If any product is damaged, note it on the bill of lading and contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. We may coordinate with the carrier to investigate the issue and, at our discretion, provide replacement parts.
4.4 RecovAthlete’s Obligation: RecovAthlete is not obligated to provide refunds or credits for lost or damaged products unless explicitly stated in this policy.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
5.1 Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted for defective or unsatisfactory products within thirty (30) days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support team at info@recovathlete.com.
5.2 Return Conditions:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging (e.g., wooden crates).
- Returns without prior written authorization will not be accepted.
- RecovAthlete may require photographic evidence or return of the product before issuing a refund or replacement.
5.3 Refunds and Credits:
- If the return is accepted, we may issue a partial or full refund, or a credit, less shipping and handling fees.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
5.4 Non-Compliance: Returns that do not comply with these conditions are ineligible for refunds or credits.
