Shipping & Returns Policy — Peak Pilates

At RecovAthlete, we partner with Peak Pilates to deliver premium Pilates equipment to your home, studio, or facility with care. Please review the shipping and return policies below before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframes

  • Within Continental U.S.: Equipment typically arrives 5–7 business days after leaving the freight facility.
  • Small Items (FedEx Ground): Delivered in 7–10 business days. Residential deliveries may occur on Saturdays.
  • International Orders:
    • By Air: 7–15 days, excluding customs clearance.
    • By Sea: 8–10 weeks, excluding customs clearance.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: FedEx for small items; freight carriers for large equipment.
  • Expedited Options: 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight shipping available on select items (no weekend delivery, not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO, or P.O. Boxes).
  • Large Equipment: May incur additional charges for inside delivery or white glove service.

Shipping Notifications

  • Order confirmation within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Shipping confirmation with tracking details once your item ships.

Delivery Conditions

  • FedEx may deliver without prior notice and may leave packages at your address.
  • Freight shipments are curbside only. You are responsible for moving the equipment from the truck to its final location.

Return Policy

Return Authorization

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Contact RecovAthlete support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may incur extra costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Reformers, Cadillacs, MVe® Chairs, PPS Deluxe units, Artistry® TWS, SportsMed units
  • Wall Units, Mats, Hi-Ladder Barrels, Hump Barrels, Combo & Low Chairs
  • Custom-built items and Springs

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be properly packed, in like-new condition, and include the original invoice.
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Small Items & Clothing

  • Accessories and unopened DVDs are generally returnable.
  • Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • For manufacturing defects, refer to the Peak Pilates Warranty Policy.
  • Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • After inspection of returned items, we may issue a refund (minus fees), store credit, or send a replacement based on your preference.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes to made-to-order items must be submitted early. Fees may apply.
  • No changes allowed during the production week of custom orders.

International Orders

We currently do not accept direct international Peak Pilates orders on RecovAthlete.com. Please contact us or a Peak Pilates international distributor for a quote and availability.
