1. Warranty Coverage

All machines and components are covered under a 2-year warranty period. This warranty includes:

• Lifetime Technical Support: Access to technical support is available at no cost for the lifetime of the product. Our team is available 24/7 to assist with any questions or issues you may encounter.

2. Warranty Details

• Replacement Parts: If a quality issue arises within the warranty period that is deemed repairable, we will provide replacement parts free of charge. Additionally, we will offer step-by-step repair guidance through detailed pictures and videos.

• Replacement Machines: Should the issue be unresolvable, we will promptly send a new machine at no additional cost.

3. Component Durability

• Soft Chamber Capsule: 10,000 hours
• Air Compressor: 10,000 hours
• Cooler: 10,000 hours
• Oxygen Concentrator: 5,000 hours

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Estimated Shipping Time: Shipping times vary from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the model. Please note that shipping times are subject to change due to factors such as supply chain issues, production delays, or high demand.

• Packaging: Products are delivered in 1 wooden box and 4 carton boxes, with a gross weight of 439 lbs.

• Shipping Method: Free curbside shipping is included. The shipping company will contact you to schedule a delivery time and date. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for a forklift to unload the truck upon delivery.

5. International Warranty and Certifications

• International Warranty: All hyperbaric chambers come with an international warranty valid for 2 years.

• Certifications: Our products meet CE, Israeli Standard, ISO, and TUV certifications and regulations.
