Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost
Shipping is free within the 48 continental United States.

Delivery Time
- In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days.
- Standard processing may take 5–14 business days.
- Ships in three boxes; signature may be required.
- Tracking sent within 24 hours of shipment.

Prescription Requirement
A doctor’s prescription is required before shipping. Orders will not be released until we receive it via email.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and International
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and internationally. Contact us for a custom quote.

Carriers
We use trusted freight providers. Liftgate delivery can be arranged.

Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged:
1. Note it on the delivery receipt
2. Take photos
3. Email info@recovathlete.com within 24 hours

Return and Exchange Policy

Return Window
Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning the product.

Return Conditions
- Item must be in like-new condition
- Original packaging and all accessories required
- RA# must be clearly marked on the box

Refund Deductions
Refunds may be reduced for:
- Outbound and return shipping costs
- Payment processing fees (approx. 3%)
- Missing items or shipping damage

Return Process
Customers are responsible for securely packing, insuring, and returning the product. Refunds are issued after inspection.

Exchanges
Allowed within 15 days under the same conditions. Price differences are adjusted after the item is received and verified.

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment
Cancellations before shipment may receive a full refund minus approx. 3% processing fee.

After Shipment
Cancellations after shipping follow the standard return policy.

Additional Notes

- Oxygen concentrators can only be returned if unopened
- Refunds are issued within 24 hours of return approval
- Refunds go to the original payment method
