Cascade Fitness – Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy (USA)

✅ Free Shipping:
We offer free curbside shipping on all Cascade Fitness exercise bikes and ergometers within the contiguous United States.
Note: Accessories ship free only when ordered with a bike or ergometer. Standard shipping charges apply otherwise.

📦 Delivery Time:
Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days. Remote areas may require a few extra days.

🚚 Delivery Method:
Shipped via freight carrier with curbside delivery. The carrier will call to schedule a weekday delivery (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM).
Someone must be present to receive the shipment.

🛠️ Assembly:
Products arrive boxed and palletized. Assembly is required, and tools are included.
Carriers do not assist beyond curbside and do not assemble the product.

🌍 Alaska, Hawaii & Canada:
Shipping is available to these regions for an additional charge. Contact us for a custom quote.

💰 Sales Tax:
Only applicable to orders shipped to Washington State.

Return Policy (USA)

⏳ Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for orders placed directly through RecovAthlete.

📞 How to Return:
Contact our support team to initiate a return. We'll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Products must be returned in original or equally protective packaging.

💳 Refunds:
Once inspected and confirmed undamaged, we’ll issue a full refund of the product price.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

📦 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

🏪 If You Purchased Through a Dealer:
Please follow the return policy of the dealer and return the item to them directly.

Important Notes

  • Do not discard the box or pallet until the 30-day return period has passed.
  • All deliveries require a scheduled appointment and signature on arrival.
  • We recommend photographing the product before return shipping to document its condition.
