Shipping & Returns Policy – Align Pilates (RecovAthlete)

Shipping Policy

RecovAthlete offers shipping of Align Pilates equipment within the continental United States (lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, or to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, provided the item is in stock.
  • Freight Delivery: Large Align Pilates equipment is shipped via insured curbside freight delivery. The driver will deliver the item to your curb or driveway.
  • Customer Responsibility:
    • Moving the equipment from the curb to your space
    • Assembling the equipment
    • Assisting with unloading if the item is oversized or if lift-gate service isn’t possible

📦 Important: Once your order ships, we cannot change the delivery address. If the shipment fails due to an incorrect address, return fees may apply.

Returns Policy

✅ If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Include photos and a clear description of the issue.
  • Once confirmed, we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.

🔁 If you change your mind:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item.
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your expense within 7 days of receipt.
  • Return shipping and any transit damage are your responsibility.
  • Refunds will be processed after inspection.

⚠️ Note:
Large equipment and reformers are non-returnable unless damaged or shipped in error.
Returns due to sizing or space-fit issues are not eligible for free return shipping.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships at no charge. Once shipped, cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee and applicable return shipping charges.
