The Hooga Red Light Therapy pod offers a convenient and effective way to treat your entire body with red and near-infrared light therapy. It features a soft, flexible neoprene outer shell adorned with a beautifully embroidered Hooga logo.
Inside, you'll discover 1,800 regular-sized red and near-infrared light-emitting diodes (LEDs) that provide high irradiance for a quick and effective treatment in the comfort of your home. Each light bead contains three chips, with two near-infrared and one red chip, ensuring superior power output and even light coverage.
The full-body red light therapy pod features a user-friendly controller that allows you to adjust the brightness and duration of your treatment and enable pulse mode if desired.
- The regular pod measures 63 inches long by 24 inches wide. It can also be unzipped to create one large mat 64 inches wide.
- The total number of LEDs in the regular pod is 1800pcs, including 945pcs on the back and 855pcs on the front.

Treatment
- Remove most or all of your clothing prior to entering the red light therapy pod as the light does not penetrate clothing
- Plug the light therapy controller for both the top section and bottom section of the pod into a wall outlet. Turn power button on.
- Choose desired treatment time and brightness.
- Start your treatment, relax, and enjoy the healing properties of the red light.
- It is normal for the pod to warm up a little bit during your treatment due to the LEDs and your body heat.
