Return Policy

1. Return Conditions

  • Timeframe: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, with all original tags and labels attached.

2. Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Email us at info@vibeplate.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, along with the provided return form.

  3. Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address below, ensuring you include your RMA number:

    • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. If you opt to use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card company.
