VibePlate Intro, Tips & Warranty

VibePlate Intro, Tips & Warranty

Getting Started

  1. Cord Location: The cord is wrapped underneath the platform.
  2. Controller Setup: Ensure the controller is turned off before plugging in your VibePlate.
  3. Powering On: After plugging in, use the controller to turn the VibePlate on and off, and to adjust the frequency.
    • Frequency Adjustment: The controller starts at a low frequency, which can be increased to your preference. Many users find 40 Hz comfortable, but adjust to what feels best for you.
    • Medical Supervision: If medical supervision is required for your use of the VibePlate, please consult your doctor.

Helpful Tips

  • Motor Use: Turn off the motor when not in use. It’s not necessary to turn it off between exercises or sets.
  • Handle Usage: Do not use the side cleats as handles; these are designed for attaching straps or resistance bands.
  • Demonstration for Commercial Use: For doctors, trainers, or coaches:
    • Ask clients to try touching their toes.
    • After a few minutes on the VibePlate, have them attempt to touch their toes again—most clients will notice increased flexibility, often extending an additional 4 inches or more.
    • This demonstration can motivate clients to begin your program immediately.
  • Exercise Versatility: You can perform various exercises on the VibePlate, including those using weights, body weight, resistance bands, or simply by standing.
  • Exercise Routine: Perform your exercises as usual on the VibePlate, resting between each exercise before moving to the next.

Starting a New Exercise Program

Always consult a physician before beginning a new exercise program, especially if you have any of the following conditions:

  • Recent surgery
  • Cardiovascular or neurological conditions
  • Pregnancy
  • Thrombosis
  • Joint implants
  • Pulmonary embolism
  • Retinal conditions
  • Severe diabetes
  • Pacemakers or implantable defibrillators
  • Poor foot sensitivity
  • Severe migraines
  • Acute hernia, discopathy, or spondylosis
  • Epilepsy
  • Tumors
  • Recently fitted IUDs or metal implants
  • Acute diseases or inflammation

Note: Research on vibration effects for certain medical conditions is ongoing. If integrating whole body vibration into a treatment plan, do so only under a doctor’s supervision.
