Warranty

Summit to Sea offers a two-year warranty on our products and accessories from the delivery date. This warranty covers both parts and labor for repairing the Summit to Sea system. At our discretion, Summit to Sea will either repair or replace any defective item covered under warranty.

What’s Not Covered:
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications. Please note, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping items to and from Summit to Sea.

Comprehensive Coverage:
Summit to Sea has always, and will continue to, cover all components on our chambers, including:

  • Zippers
  • Windows
  • Seams
  • Valves
  • Hoses

In other words, if the component came from Summit to Sea, we stand behind our product.

Extended Warranty Options:
Extended warranties are available for purchase at any time within the two-year warranty period. These extended warranties also cover all components of the chamber, including the zipper, windows, seams, valves, hoses, and more.
