Shipping and Delivery Options

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all Saunum heaters.

Exclusions

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Shipping is limited to the lower 48 states of the USA. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.


Order and Delivery Process

  1. Order Confirmation:
    Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms your order has been received and pre-authorized for payment.

  2. Stock Availability:
    After receiving your order, we verify stock availability. If the heater is on backorder or unavailable, we will notify you via email and cancel the pre-authorization.

  3. Shipping Timeline:
    Orders in stock will ship within 5 business days of payment processing. You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of shipment to the email address provided at checkout.

  4. Delivery Estimates:
    While we strive for prompt delivery, specific delivery dates or time frames cannot be guaranteed. Please plan orders well in advance for time-sensitive needs.


Shipping Disclaimer

Carrier and Delivery Method

  • Orders ship via common carrier freight, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground.
  • Most shipments do not require a signature and will be left at your delivery location unless otherwise requested.

Delivery Notification

  • Once shipped, we will email you the carrier information, tracking number, and estimated delivery date.

Inspecting Your Shipment

Upon Delivery

  • Inspect all packages for potential damage or product shortages before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Remove any protective wrapping to check for visible damage while the delivery driver is present.

If Damage Is Found

  • Document all damage on the delivery receipt in detail.
  • Take photographs of the damaged product while on the truck and off the truck.
  • Do not refuse delivery; contact us to resolve the issue.

Additional Charges

  1. Lift Gate Service:

    • Required for residential deliveries or locations without a loading dock.
    • Lift gate service is available for an additional fee and must be requested during order placement.
    • Note: Lift gate service moves the heater to the curb but does not include moving it into your home or garage.
  2. Re-Delivery Fees:
    Customers are responsible for re-delivery fees if the carrier cannot complete the delivery due to limited access or missed appointments.


Lost Freight

In the rare case of lost or misdirected freight, carriers may require up to 10 business days to locate the shipment. Replacement heaters will only be shipped after a freight claim has been filed or new material has been purchased.
