Saunum Heaters Returns & Refunds Polic

Thank you for choosing Saunum heaters. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible to return your purchase for a refund or exchange. Please carefully review our return policy below.


Returns

  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Return Process

  1. Request an RMA Number:
    Contact our customer service team at info@recovathlete.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Prepare the Item for Return:
    Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

  3. Mail Your Return To:

    Saunum Returns
    Attn: Returns
    RMA # [Your RMA Number]
    (Address will be provided during the RMA process)

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Please allow 30 days from the receipt of your returned item for processing.
  • We will notify you via email once your return has been completed.

Backordered Items

If you cancel an order containing backordered items, a 3% processing fee will apply. This fee covers payment processor charges incurred at the time of cancellation. Please note that backorder lead times are estimates and subject to change.


Exceptions

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  2. Custom or Made-to-Order Products:
    • Products manufactured to your specific order (e.g., custom heaters or accessories) are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled once production begins.
    • Your warranty will ensure that the product is fully functional and operational.
    • If you are unsure whether your order qualifies as custom, please contact us before purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your Saunum heater arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@recovathlete.com or 866-8616317 to arrange for a replacement or refund.


Additional Notes

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
  • Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Any discrepancies in the condition of the returned product may delay processing or affect refund eligibility.
