Cold Life Returns

General Return Conditions:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a refund.
A 10% restocking fee applies, and you are responsible for the costs of returning the item.
To potentially avoid additional costs, retain the original packaging and pallet if there is any chance you may return the unit.
The item must be returned in its original, working condition to qualify for a full refund. Partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of The Cold Life LLC.

Damaged Goods:

Upon delivery, please inspect the product thoroughly before signing for receipt.
If you find any damage, report it to the delivery driver immediately and email us within 24 hours at help@thecoldlife.com to assist in making a claim with the carrier.

Cancellation Terms:

You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase subject to a 4% cancellation fee based on the total order amount.
Cancellations made after 14 days incur a 10% cancellation fee.
